iVoxPromo is NOT merely a collection site or an information storage warehouse for just anyone; nor are we a management company. Our technology and staff will guide artists through creating, personalizing, and updating their Internet press kit, which we refer to as an iVP. Artists can then maintain an online presence that represents them in a highly artistic and professional manner. Artists will no longer spend time and money for printing, CD copying, photo reproductions, and mailing costs, not to mention wasting money on outdated materials when they make a new recording, take new headshots, update their resumes, and add dates to their calendar. Also, an iVP can be emailed to anyone at any time, in addition to being submitted to professional and academic productions and events posted by our participating Performing Arts Producers.

All of our subscribing artists are carefully screened. iVoxPromo will not accept vocalists that do not measure up to the level of professionalism that our participating Producers expect and require. Participating Performing Arts Producers and their staff are able to login and manage all of their events and submissions from anywhere in the world throughout the audition and screening process by logging in to their personal iVoxStudio. Producers will no longer be overwhelmed by paperwork, applications, CD's or cassettes. All of the artists' materials will be accessible 24 hours a day and easily managed in their customized iVoxStudio. Categorize vocalists in any manner one chooses, place notes within their file, collect processing fees, as well as respond to applications with the click of a button. Since the artists' materials are housed on the iVoxPromo website, the Producer's computer will not be bogged down by large audio or video files. Additionally, Producers will increase their pool of prospective artists by having their events advertised at no cost to subscribing members throughout the world.
